Important Declaration: All words referring to "Soundbox" in this agreement refer to "Guangzhou Soundbox Technology Co., Ltd.".

Special Note: This application does not provide a registration function. All accounts are provided internally by the company, and account cancellation is also handled by the enterprise. Only users who own Soundbox ART/VRT series soundproof booths will be provided with corresponding management accounts.

            Before using this Application, please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy. By using
                this Application, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to this Policy.
        

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

1.1 Account Login (No Registration Function)

This application is only for users who have been assigned an internal account by the company. Since no registration function is provided, we directly configure the following information for you on the backend:

Username/Account: Used to identify your account identity, provided by Soundbox to ART/VRT device owners
Password: Used for account security verification (stored encrypted)
Nickname: Used to display your identity within the Application
Verification Code: Used to prevent unauthorized login and protect account security

1.2 Device Management and Configuration

Device Serial Number: Used to identify and bind your soundproof booth device
Authorization Code: Used to activate the device and verify usage rights
WiFi Configuration: Including SSID and password, used for device network configuration (locally encrypted storage)
Device Configuration Parameters: Including radar settings, fan control, lighting control, etc.
NFC Card UID: Used for access card authorization and management

1.3 Device Operation Status

Temperature Data: Real-time monitoring of cabin temperature
Occupancy Status: Detecting whether the cabin is occupied through radar
Door Lock Status: Monitoring cabin door open/close status
Device Online Status: Monitoring whether the device is connected to the network
Firmware Version Information: Used for checking and managing OTA updates

1.4 Device Identification Information

Android ID / iOS Identifier For Vendor (IDFV): Used to identify the device and provide basic security assurance
IP Address: Used for network connection and device communication
WiFi MAC Address: Used for local network communication (Android only)

1.5 Location Information (Important)

Location Data Collection Notice:

This application requires access to your location information on the Android platform. Specific details are as follows:

Purpose of Collection: On Android systems, scanning and connecting to WiFi devices requires location permission. This is a security requirement of the Android operating system, not an active collection of your location data by this application for other purposes.
Permission Types:
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (Precise Location) - Used for WiFi scanning and device provisioning
- ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION (Approximate Location) - Used for WiFi scanning and device provisioning
- ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION (Background Location) - Used to maintain stable connection with the device when the app runs in the background
Scope of Use: Location information is used solely for the WiFi scanning function of the Android system to discover and connect to your soundproof booth device. We do not collect, store, upload, or share your actual geographical location data.
Necessity: If you refuse to grant location permission, the application will not be able to scan WiFi networks, thus unable to complete device provisioning and connection functions.
Data Retention: This application does not store your location data. Location permission is only used temporarily during WiFi scanning and no longer accessed after scanning is complete.

1.6 Application Usage Data

Log Information: Including operation records and error logs, used for troubleshooting and product improvement
Crash Data: Used to analyze and fix application crash issues

2. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

2.1 Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

With your explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent
Sharing with our affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliates to provide better services

When you discover that there are errors in your personal information processed by us, you have the right to request us to make corrections or supplements. You can do this through the profile page in the Application settings.

4.3 Deletion of Your Personal Information

In the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:

If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations
If we collect or use your personal information without your consent
If our handling of personal information violates agreements with you
If you no longer use our products or services, or you delete your account

4.4 Withdrawal of Consent

You can change the authorization scope or withdraw consent at any time in the Application settings. After withdrawing consent, we may not be able to continue providing you with corresponding services.

4.5 Account Deletion

This application does not provide a self-deletion function. If you need to delete your account or personal information, please contact Soundbox (Guangzhou Soundbox Technology Co., Ltd.) via customer service or through the original account assignment channel for application. We will perform the operation through the manager's backend. After deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

5. How We Handle Personal Information of Minors

Our website, application, and services are primarily aimed at adults. Children should not create their own user accounts without the consent of a parent or guardian
For situations where children's personal information is collected with parental consent, we will only use or disclose such information when permitted by law, with explicit consent from the parent or guardian, or when necessary to protect the child
If we discover that we have collected children's personal information without obtaining verifiable parental consent in advance, we will attempt to delete the relevant data as soon as possible

6. How Your Personal Information is Transferred Globally

Personal information we collect and generate within the People's Republic of China will be stored within the People's Republic of China
Currently, we will not transfer your personal information overseas. If such transfer is required in the future, we will separately obtain your authorization and consent
